Soliciting the public for an international sport may not be an easy affair as it involves a procedure that should be well driven. Firstly, there is need to have an organizing committee that would run the whole procedure.A well-run organizing committee is a stepping-stone for success in the organization of international sporting events. An organizing committee is a body that ensures effecting preparations and staging of sports competitions in a particular place. Additionally, it also services the requirements of international sports federations during and after specific games. The organizing committee is divided into three main parts that include the executive, advisory, and worker function. The executive is the managerial level of the committee. It usually ensures meetings are held successfully but does not play major roles.
The key role of the executive is to sponsor the meetings of the committee. Another significant section of the organizing committee is the advisory team. The advisory team is the brain of the committee as its members are the ones who come up with ideas on how the event would be run. They come up with ideas like the venue of the sporting event and the means of transport that would be used to ferry the clients. The ideas developed by the clients are then directed to the worker function to perform them. The worker function is ranked at the lowest level of the organizing committee. The worker function receives directives from the advisory and ensures they are done. As the advisory come up with ideas such as how transport would be offered, it is the duty of the workers to offer the transport.

Firstly, the public sector would be needed. Public sectors are the states or government sporting sectors that allocate sporting facilities and services to those who cannot afford private ownership. The key examples of the public sector are the government owned enterprises. Working with them would make things easier as they will provide the citizens with sporting facilities. The public sector would be ideal for soliciting the public as they can provide a swimming pool or sports center where international football is being played.
Another notable group that would be included is the private sector. Private sectors are sporting organizations owned and run by individuals or groups. These sectors do not rely on the government to facilitate their existence. Just like the public sectors, the private sectors too provide sporting facilities of high standards but they mainly aim at making profits. The common examples of these private sporting sectors are the private health, gym clubs and resorts. Inclusion of private sectors will pull large crowds of people as they will be providing services like gymnasium, and swimming too. An international golf competition can have a gymnasium too where people will be keeping fit.
It is worth noting that sport federations and the community would also be involved. Sports federations are non-governmental bodies that administer a specific sport worldwide. The role of sports federation is to come up with rules to govern the sport, market the sport and organize international competitions. The common examples of sport federations are the International Rugby Board for rugby and International Association of Athletics Federation for athletics. Obviously, it would be of great importance to work with these as they have the power of advertise and publicize the event hence soliciting the public.
Additionally, we also have the community, which is more of a volunteer group. The community too can volunteer in the making of logos and promoting them. Working as volunteers means they are not paid though they too are ideal for soliciting the public to a sporting event.
