Individuals associated with doing good will not purpose to harm others in the society. Sosik (2006) says that individuals who value humanity and help others demonstrate liberality, nurturance, sympathy and selfless love. Sosik (2006) says that those who help others do favors and good deeds for others, mind of them and assist them. Sosik also argues that “kindness has been linked to a variety of helping behaviors including volunteerism and its correlates of mental and physical health” (2006 p.47).
