EKU Men's Basketball victory over Tennessee State
The Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) men's basketball squad played the Tennessee State team in McBrayer Arena. The colonels won the game by 86 to 72 with Spencer Perrin and Justin Stommes marking a career high and a season best respectively. Kenny Moore of Tennessee State led his teammates with a career high of 25 points. The game was very exciting with each team making good use of their chances, but EKU's coach tactics carried the day. Eastern Kentucky started the game on a high note leading by 21-9 by six minutes of the game. The Tigers bridged the gap to 36-34 and took its first lead a moment later by 47-45, but this was sort lived because they gave Colonels chance to lead for good.
